Terms and Conditions

Terms:  We accept VISA and Mastercard. Bank wire transfers are accepted and additional bank wire transfer fees may be applicable.

Sales Tax:  Out of state customers are exempt from sales tax, providing they have no stores/offices in the State of Florida.

Shipping:  FOB:  Lutz, FL or point of origin. Power & Controls, Inc. uses UPS for all shipments from Tampa and can ship collect on customers UPS account no., if requested.  ALL UPS COLLECT ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY CALLING 813-968-5454 AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A HANDLING FEE.  We reserve the right to assess a handling fee on all orders.

Shipping Claims: The purchaser is responsible for contacting the carrier due to any shipping damage. We will assist the customer in filing a claim, if necessary. 

Returns:  Return requests must be made by phone to Power & Controls, Inc. and if authorized, a return goods authorization number will be provided.  Returns are subject to a restocking fee and some products may not be returnable.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days from shipment date.

Warranty:  All products sold by Power & Controls, Inc. are subject to the manufacturers warranty.

Privacy Policy:  Power & Controls, Inc. will not sell or share your email address or other company/personal information with any third party. 

Secure Shopping:  Shopify provides a reliable, secure shopping cart for your purchases on our ecommerce website.  Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.
